AN ILLUSTRATION OF TYPICAL ADMINISTRATIVE DECISION MAKING IN OUR SCHOOLS
NAPTA BULLETIN: The article below is about the same district that suspended high school teacher, Darlene Goodman without pay after she sat on the floor during a staff meeting when there were no more chairs. Goodman had filed an assault charge against her principal, Rex Hennington earlier that school year and was one of eight plaintiffs who had filed a federal lawsuit against Los Lunas School District for gender discrimination and a hostile work environment. Obviously, sitting on the floor was a pretextual reason for terminating Goodman; Goodman was retaliated against for filing lawsuits. If Los Lunas really cared about standards, why wouldn't they take action against or suspend a teacher who showed a pornographic photograph to students? Give me a break! (See article below.)
Could it be that withholding a teacher's pay would give them the power to force her to sign a settlement agreement and a gag order? This is happening all over our nation. This illustrates NAPTA's position that Districts will only take actions against teachers who expose District's wrongdoing and not to protect children. This further illustrates that parents, hence children, are abused by the system in place and we must change it.
Why are parents and teachers forced to file lawsuits, while a teacher who showed a pornographic photograph is protected by this system? Why our schools freely spending taxpayers' funds defending lawsuits, but not to protect our children?
It is time parents and teachers joined forces for the sake of our children. Do not be fooled by administrators that want you to think that teachers are your enemies when the real enemy is self serving administrations. Look at their actions; do not listen to their propaganda. They are masters at public relations; they have your money to support propaganda campaigns galore. They also have your money to frighten media people and communities into submission. And they do.
Contact NAPTA for membership information and an opportunity to demand that our schools stop abusing our children by empowering teachers who care about our children. Rather than condemn teachers for not speaking out, help level the playing field so more can speak. It is really frightening to speak out against Districts. We know first hand and forgive our colleagues for being afraid. There is much to fear.
NAPTA may be called the National Association for the Prevention of Teacher Abuse, but it really is about protecting our children. It was cofounded by two mothers who happened to be teachers and who believe that their insider information as tenured teachers can and will take our schools back from this system of organized crime that results in institutionalized child abuse. They know that teacher abuse is the shield behind which administrators hide so they can carry out their sinister agendas. We want to remove this shield and make administrations accountable!
With teachers silenced, too afraid to speak, administrators are free to hold our schools hostage, thus creating issues from special needs children deprived of their federally guaranteed rights, rampant drugs in schools, Columbine, low test scores, alienated children and a dysfunctional school system that no longer competes globally. NAPTA is changing this by locating courageous teachers all over our nation and forcing government officials and media to listen. We finally realized we had to go national as the schools are way too powerful for more than a few to come forth in each state. We started with two brave teachers, and now have many teachers whose voices will protect our children.
Read the article below and then contact me to join our voice. We must protect our children, our most precious resource. We will find the teachers. We need you to support us in protecting your children. Together we can take back our schools back!

They say that's when a picture popped up showing the teacher with his pants down holding his genitals. When parents complained to the school, they say the teacher was placed on leave. But they later learned he was teaching at Manzano Vista Middle School in Los Lunas. Now, the parents of one boy have filed a lawsuit against the Los Lunas School Board. The school district could not comment on the case. (Not only did the District not protect the children, but they gave false information to the parents. This is going on all over the country!)
